Carla Ann Horner-Costanzino

Carla was born on March 1, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her family moved to the LA area when she was two years old where Carla grew up. Carla was the youngest by nearly 15years so Carla was a “wild” child. She never let anything stop getting what she wanted. She lived life on her terms, and was a fiercely independent, kind and proud women, and as an empath she was caring for everyone and everything but herself. She left behind her beloved husband Domenic. Though they were only together for less than four years, Carla and her husband loved each other like no other. Carla also left behind her a daughter (Desene), two grand daughters (Evelyn and Finley), two sisters and a brother, as well as many many friends that she had touched and helped throughout her life.

Carla died March 29, 2024 after a not long enough battle with an uncurbable terrible mean disease, only 1.5 years after diagnosis.

Carla is interned at the Mission San Luis Rey mausoleum in Oceanside.
