Francine “Franny” Neun
Francine Virginia Neun, age 70, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2021.
Fran will be lovingly remembered by her high school sweetheart and husband of 47 years, John; eldest daughter Lindsay Neun, daughter-in-law Mindy, and their daughters Makayla and Kaitlyn; her youngest daughter Robin Bunt, son-in-law Chris, and their children Cody and Hailey. She is also survived by her mother Violanda; brother John Cosentino and his family Charlotte, Domenic, and Anthony; four granddogs, and numerous family members and friends. All of these she loved and touched deeply. Fran was preceded in death by her father, Charles Cosentino.
Fran was born March 24, 1951 in San Diego, California to Charles and Violanda Cosentino. She attended Blessed Sacrament and Montezuma Elementary Schools, Horace Mann Junior High and Crawford High School where she met her life partner John. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and found a career as a Pharmacy Technician.
Fran was a dedicated mother and treasured her children, embraced every moment with them, and especially loved her role as Noni. She had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh; her vivacious personality always brightened up the room.
Fran was proud to be Italian. She enjoyed spending time outdoors in the sun, especially at the beach, evening walks around the neighborhood, and in her younger years running long distances with friends. She loved listening to music, dancing, jazzercise, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Fran made family and friends her priority in life.
Due to the pandemic, the visitation and church service will only be held for family and select friends. We welcome you to join us at the graveside service held at Singing Hills Memorial Park.
