On the evening of June 18th 2015, Frank Mullett passed away after battling the effects of Myasthenia Gravis for about 6 months. At the time of his passing he was surrounded by family, friends, and his wife Barbara. He was 83 years old. Frank was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1932. As a youth, Frank was a hurricane survivor and a two-time fishing Buddy of Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Ted Williams. While in the Navy, he married Patricia Willis in 1952. They had 7 children: Mary, Gail, Lee, Joe, John, Dale and Stuart. Frank married Barbara Noland in 1967. Frank ultimately spent most of his career in the radiology department at Scripps Memorial Hospital in San Diego. He completed his career at the Scripps McDonald center working with patients during their substance abuse recovery. Frank was preceded in death by Stuart Mullett and is survived by his wife Barbara,6 children, 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on June 27th 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at the LDS Church. 10052 N. Magnolia Avenue Santee, California 92071. He will be buried on a later date at the Miramar National Cemetery.
