Gae Valerie Dow

Gae Valerie Dow passed away peacefully on March 8, 2020. Gae was 73 years old. She was born in West Branch, Michigan. Gae was a high school graduate who loved a challenge. She did many things throughout her life from bank teller to school bus driver and finally conference director for the western turbine users group which she did for 20 plus years. She loved the people she work ed with there and the acquaintances she made with folks from the different corners of the world. She always looked back on those days as fun times.

Gae was an amazing woman who from flying halfway across the country just to drive a tank to simply racing down the face of a sand dune on an all terrain vehicle lived life to the fullest. Any big or small accomplishment made by her family and friends was celebrated immediately upon her hearing of it. She was extremely enthusiastic in all aspects of her life. Gae had an abundance of compassion and was deeply loyal. The love for her husband "Jack" never faltered and could not be shaken.

Gae is preceded in death by her parents, Oakie Bertilson and Pauline Bertilson, and sister Rene' Berilson Graham; Gae is survived by her husband John Dow and son Michael Dow.
