Helen Rosemary Renner

Helen Rosemary Renner, age 97 of San Diego, entered into eternity to be with her Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ on February 8, 2020 at 1:30 a.m. Helen was known to almost everyone, simply as “Grandma”. She was married to Ernest Renner for 62 years, who passed in 2006. She is survived by her son, Ron Renner and his wife Linda and two grandchildren Kelly (Renner) Martin and her husband Mike and Joshua Renner. She had five great grandchildren,
Shelby Johnson, Lindsay Greene, Mikaela Thieme, Jessica Hubbell, and Calvin Martin. She also had five great, great grandchildren, and a sixth on the way. Grandma loved babies, and nothing would put a smile on her face like seeing one of her grandbabies. She was one of the most tender, giving and loving women that you would ever meet. While she never finished High School, she could teach you more things by example than most educators. She came from very humble beginnings, and at a very young age was taught the value of long hard work, and how to save.
