Hillory - Le Doux

Hillory Le Doux, a 53­
year resident of San
Diego, passed away after
a bicycle accident on Feb.
24, 2015. He was 89.
He was born in Mallet,
LA. The son of Elia
Boudreux Le Doux and
Austin Le Doux of
Opelousas, LA.
He was preceded in
death by his brother
Richard Le Doux of Lake
Charles, LA. and Percy
Le Doux of Opelousas.
A veteran of 3 wars,
Hillory enlisted on May
5, 1944. After a
distinguished career he
retired as a Chief Petty
Officer on January 26,
1968. He served 2 tours
of duty in Vietnam.
He is survived by his
wife of 63 years, Verda,
and his three children:
Gwen, Ron, and Laurie Le
Doux of San Diego.
A rosary will be said
March 16th at 9:30 am at
Holy Spirit Catholic
Church (2725 55th St.
San Diego, CA 92105),
Followed by a Funeral
Mass at 10:00 am.
Reception to follow in
the Mercy Hall. Interment
with military honors at
Miramar National
Cemetery March 18th
2015 at 10:30 am.
