"A man is defined by what he does, and also he is defined by what he doesn't do" - Unknown

Jason R.Piekarski-Kiley passed away unexpectedly on November 16, 2024 from an underlying health condition. He is survived with unending love by his mother Deborah Kiey, his father Richard Piekarski, step-dad Stephen Kiley, half brother Christopher Renz, girlfriend Nina Bryson, aunts and uncles, and an endless number of friends across the country.

He liked to go by the name 'Jase' because he said, "When you say the name Jase, it puts a smile on your face".

As a child he was bright, curious, playful, athletic, caring, and passionately loyal to family and all that knew him. He was a 'boys-boy' who cared deeply about his family and friends without reservation. Jase loved reading, sports (Baseball, Basketball, throwing Frisbee, and Golf particularly), skateboarding and had a passion for laughing, humor, and being with all of his family and lifelong friends.

Once, when he was about six years old, his Sunday school teacher described how he mediated between two feuding boys and worked it out with them so that they were at peace with each other. He continued to do those same things wherever he worked, played, and lived throughout his life...create peace with others.

As a teenager, he overcame setbacks that few could get through with courage, grace, and determination that was admired by his peers and all that knew him. His commitment to pure love and mindful respect of life he carried into his adult life. He became a master craftsman in home restoration work as a skilled journeyman painter who worked hard and took mindful pride in pleasing his clients above and beyond expectations. Jase would happily share his experience with his friends and was always willing to help and teach professional skills with patience and integrity.

As a man, he was generous with all he had, always thinking of others' needs before his own. There were so many times of compromising his own well being to give a helping hand to those down on their luck or in trouble...friends and strangers alike. His non-judgmental compassion he considered God's gift to him to share down to the last means that he had...always.

Jase's laughter, his passion for humor, loyalty, and uncompromised sense of right and wrong, good and evil and love for all served him and touched many lives. He believed it was better to demonstrate the Love and lessons of Jesus rather than talk about it. He hated hypocrisy.

Thank you Jase for being in our lives as who you were, are, and continue to be since life is eternal, especially for one who is loved and gives love as you do. May you see and enjoy those who have gone before you in the next life, along with all the animals you've always cherished. Joy, peace, and beautiful harmony with all that will be in your continued journey as a child of God.

We love you Jase.
