Jeremy Benjamin Lapetoda

Jeremy Benjamin Lapetoda, affectionately known as "Jerm", passed away in San Diego, CA, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and compassion. Born in Gridley, CA, Jeremy's journey on this earth began on September 23, 1983. His light shone brightly until his peaceful passing on February 7, 2024.

Jeremy's early years laid the foundation for the remarkable individual he became. He completed his education at St. Joseph's High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin, setting the stage for a future filled with learning and growth. Jeremy's gentle demeanor and unwavering desire for the happiness of those around him left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In November 2006, Jeremy embarked on a new chapter of service by joining the United States Air Force. As a Radiology Technician and MRI Technician at Travis Air Force Base, he not only displayed technical proficiency but also showcased his innate ability to care for others in need.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jeremy found joy in various pursuits. Whether he was meticulously constructing computers or immersing himself in physical fitness as an athlete who enjoyed running and working out, his genuine enthusiasm was always palpable.

Jeremy will be dearly missed by those who survive him. His mother Ginny Lapetoda and father Wayne Lapetoda hold cherished memories of their beloved son. Jason Lapetoda and Matthew Lapetoda, his siblings, mourn the loss of a dear brother whose presence brought warmth to their lives. Brayden Lapetoda, Jeremy's son, carries forward his father's spirit of kindness and love.
