Juliana Toralba Bond

Juliana Toralba Bond, 72, of San Diego, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on December 3rd, 2023.

Viewing Service will be held on December 21, 2023 from 4:00-8:00PM at the Featheringill Mortuary 6322 El Cajon Blvd San Diego, CA 92115

Burial Service will be on December 22, 2023 at 12:45 PM at the Miramar National Cemetary 5795 Nobel Dr San Diego, CA 92122. Please arrive on time as we are only alloted a 30 minute burial service.

Juliana Bond, known by loving family and friends as “Mama“ was born in Manila, Philippines on March 16, 1951 to the late Marcelo and Flora Fernandez. Juliana came to the United States in 1977 and married her loving husband David E. Bond on March 4, 1983.

In addition to her parents, Juliana was also preceded in death by her eldest son John Corpening and her 8 siblings.

Although no longer physically with us, Mama leaves behind her loving family, Husband, David Bond; Children, Tory Corpening, Joey & Syritta Corpening, and Joanna Bond; Grandchildren, Jacob, Miranda, Desiree, Abigail, Jeremiah, Alannamae, Seth, Tyler, Autumn, Zoey, Sakara, Jadalynn, Julian, Paradise, Haley and Jason; Great Grandchildren, Luna, Aiden, Noel, Analeah, Liam, Kealanna, and Cesar.

Mama was an amazing family woman, she was what you would call the life of the party! She loved to always look fabulous and do her jazzercise. Mama will mainly be remembered for her selflessness, and the empathy that she had for others. Those who knew her personally knew that she would always see the good in others and always wanted to provide home for whoever needed her love. We hope everyone can join us to reflect on the beautiful life that Juliana lived.
