Leonard Keith Elmore

Leonard Keith Elmore was born June 11th, 1932 to Hiram & Marie W Elmore (both deceased) in Granby Missouri. He passed away June 7th, 2017 at the age of 84, surrounded by wife Sally Elmore, family and friends.
He worked in the aircraft industry and retail sales. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. After his tour of duty, he came to San Diego, liked it so much he decided to live here. He is survived by Sister Ruthadena Boyer, Nephew Waymeth Boyer (Susan), Niece Shirley Patterson (Rick) and many other nieces and nephews in Missouri and San Diego. He is also survived by brother-in-law Frank Barone (Nita), nephews Damon and Daren Barone, and Niece Paige Barone in San Diego. Keith, as he was also called, was very courageous, a loyal and devoted husband and a kind and generous friend to all. Viewing will be held Sun. June 25th 4-6pm at Featheringill Mortuary, 6322 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego. Services will be held on Mon. June 26th at 12:00 at Holy Family Church, 1957 Coolidge St., Linda Vista. Burial will follow at Miramar National Cemetery.
