On the morning of May 14, 2022, Linda San Martin of La Mesa, passed away at the age of 74. Linda (Liz) was born in San Diego, CA to Donald and Evelyn Cooper in 1948. She attended school in La Mesa and graduated from Helix High School in 1966. That same year she married Philip San Martin and together they raised two daughters, Kristin and Lisa. Liz possessed that wonderful ability to make everyone in her life feel special. She was famous for buying just the perfect gift and for turning every occasion into a lifetime memory. An undercelebrated fact about Liz was her 20+ years of service as a contractor with Price Waterhousecoopers and IBM auditing the US Postal Service. She consistently received impeccable reviews for her dependable high performance in that role.

She is survived by her husband, Philip and her two children, Kristin and Lisa, her son-in-law Scott, beloved grandchildren Adam, Allison, Nicholas, Natalie and Nathan, her three sisters, her brother and several nieces and nephews.
