Lorraine M. Kaye

Our dear sweet Mother Lorraine, left this Earth to be with the Lord & her sweetheart & husband Joe, of 57 years on October 9th 2020, just one day before her 91st Birthday on October 10th 2020. Our Mother was always loving & kind & always put her children first & made certain we were nurtured & cared for. Her strong faith in the Lord was so loving & set an example for all of her children. She was a fabulous healthy cook. Loved to sing, was a prolific reader had a very beautiful style of fashion, was well versed in politics & loved traveling to Europe, the Bahamas & the Caribbean with our Dad. They had many adventures together & made a lot of lasting friendships along the way. We miss you so very dearly Mom, especially through these recent holidays remembering all the lovely cookies & pumpkin breads you made for us too. Lorraine was preceded in heaven by our loving Dad Joseph Kaye on 11-4-2004 & she leaves four children, Deborah Appel, husband Michael, Mitchell Kaye, Jack Kaye, wife Cheri, & Lori Kaye.
Also 3 beautiful grandchildren, Mark Haugen, wife Joanne, Jenna Kaye & Heather Meyer & also 6 great grandchildren. Rest well Mom with the Lord & give Dad a hug & kiss from us. Also a very special “Thank You” to Elizabeth Hospice of Escondido Calif. who gave our Mom & us so much needed comfort.
