Michael Costa

On Sunday, October 13, 2019, Michael Costa passed away at the age of 35. He was born on October 31, 1983 in San Diego, California to Joe & Luisa Costa. He was a graduate of Granite Hills High School. In 2013, he married his wife Tabatha and together they have four beautiful children. He was a devoted husband, loving son and brother, loyal friend but most of all an adoring father.

Mike passed far too soon but those who knew him understand that the quality of his existence far exceeded the quantity of time in which he lived. His caring personality, infectious smile, and zest for life brought so much joy to others. He lived fiercely and always took care of those around him.


Mike will be forever remembered by his parents (Joe & Luisa), wife (Tabatha), children (Lacey, Violet, Andrew and Chase), brothers (Joe & Matthew), numerous relatives, extended family and dear friends.


A celebration of Mike’s life will be held at St. Kieran’s Catholic Church at 1510 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon, CA 92021 on November 2, 2019 at noon with reception to follow at the Alpine Community Center, 1830 Alpine Blvd. Alpine, CA 91901
