Mike was no ordinary man. He was funny. I loved his laugh. His sense of humor made you want to laugh with him! His smile was intoxicating. Music was one of Mike’s passions. He was good at playing guitar and he missed music if it wasn’t in his day somehow. Mike, I miss you. I miss your tender touch and your sweet words to me. We were best friends, always, through good times and bad times. You will always be my best friend. When we had nothing, we had each other. We loved hard and fought hard and it made us soul mates.
I love you, Mike. Always and forever, your wife, Marlene
Michael was a good husband to Mar, a great dad to Nolan, Jason (Leslie), and Ryan. Proud Gampy to Leo (Leo made Mike so joyful!) And so much more-a Son, an Uncle, a Brother, a Nephew, a Cousin, a Friend. So Michael, you left your big sister behind…now what? Who am I going to vent to? You always encouraged me, always reminded me to be positive and pray every day. Mikey, I miss you! I already miss your laughter and your practical jokes. You were always the goofy one and we all loved that about you! I promise to keep your beautiful life and memories, your goofy self, and all those crazy stories alive at every family gathering! I will always love you Mike and you will be forever in my heart little brother.
We believe that Mike was a man whose hope, even when he was in the midst of all sorts of problems, struggles and failures, was that God would come through, that God would be faithful. We are rejoicing that he was saved, and had the assurance of heaven! Friends, you don’t have to clean up your act, do this, or do that… Jesus said blessed are those who realize the price has been paid and the work has been done. If you, like Mike, have said, “Lord, I know I have sinned and failed, but I believe You love me and paid the price for me,” then Rejoice! Be glad! Celebrate his life with us, Mom and Ron
