Mrs Patricia Gayle Hall, known affectionately as "Pattie" to her loved ones, passed away on April 25, 2024, at Plaza Village in National City. She was a warm and compassionate soul whose presence illuminated the lives of all who had the privilege knowing her.
Pattie dedicated her career to serving others, working tirelessly as a Hospital Admissions Manager at Harris Methodist, a Bed Control person and an Emergency Room Admissions person at Osteopathic Hospital, both in Ft.Worth, TX, and a Crisis Care Scheduler with San Diego Hospice. Her commitment to helping those in need extended far beyond the confines of her workplace.
Described as positive, loving, forgiving, and a devout Christian with a remarkable sense of humor, Pattie believed in spreading joy and kindness wherever she went. Her unwavering spirit led her to wish for Christmas all year round—a sentiment that encapsulates her generous nature perfectly. To honor her memory, let us each place a star on a tree as a tribute to Pattie's enduring light.
One of Pattie's proudest accomplishments was embracing Les and Dianna, Shelley and Larry Jr., and Christy and Robert and their families as her own. She cherished her role as Grandma to all, with a special place in her heart for KK, Alex, and Ariel.
In this time of loss, Pattie is now reunited with her beloved husband, Allen. Their love continues to shine brightly in the hearts of those they left behind.
Among the surviving family and friends who mourn Pattie's passing are her dear Best Friends: Sharon Tyler Jacques’s and Janalee Hughes Borja, along with their families who became an integral part of Pattie's own family. Though she may not have been a mother biologically, she was truly a grandmother to many—an embodiment of unconditional love and care.
As we reflect on Pattie's life filled with love, laughter, and selflessness, let us carry forward her legacy of compassion and joy. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her grace. Rest in peace, dear Pattie—you will be dearly missed but forever remembered with fondness and gratitude.
