Reba Cutter

The heart and soul of our family passed away on Weds October 17, 2018 at home surrounded by family and love. She was 88 years old. Reba was a strong Southern Christian woman, born in Loretto Tennessee and was raised in Alabama. She loved her country music. Reba was a hard working woman, working at Robertshaw Grayson Controls for 44 years. She loved those days and had many lifelong friends and wonderful memories of her days there. She is survived by 3 daughters: Alrena, Loretta and Rebecca. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren, 6 great grand-children (#7 is on the way) and one great-great grand-child. Reba has 1 sister and 3 half-sisters and a half-brother and other family, still in Alabama. In her younger days, she loved to cook, bake and do canning. She did beautiful embroidery, knitting and crocheting. She could sew anything and made a lot of our clothes with patterns made by hand, usually from a newspaper. Even though she worked in a factory all day long she still put a delicious fresh dinner on the table every single night. She lived in Cypress CA in the same house for 28 years and then moved in 2007 to Tierrasanta, San Diego to be closer to her family. She will be missed so much. We know she will be received in heaven with open arms: “Another Prayer answered”.
