Sun Cho Mockler nee Yang passed away on the morning of Thursday, 13 May 2021. She was
born in Iksan, South Korea on 19 June 1950 and migrated to Daejon, South Korea. She came to
the United States in 1981 and settled in Yuma, Arizona while working as a cable operator for a
carpet factory for 22 years until she retired. She then moved to San Diego, California in 2009 to
be with her family until her death.
Sun Cho Mockler was a very kind hearted woman who worked hard to provide for her
family. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, road trips, action movies, making her delicious kimchi,
and spending time with her Lord. Sun Cho Mockler loved all holidays and spending time with
her loved ones.
Sun Cho Mockler is survived by her son Jin Young Pak of Queretaro, Mexico; daughter
Jessica Mockler of San Diego, California and her grandson Haeun Gabriel Pak of Queretaro,
Mexico.
