Susan Elaine Nash, born Susan Elaine Marshall was one of two kids born to Morris Lee Marshall and Lucille Mae Marshall in San Diego, CA. She grew up in Pacific Beach and attended OLP. She is survived by her brother Joe, two sons Jason and Andy, and her stepdaughter Erin and stepson Joel.
Susan spent most of her life living in different areas of San Diego, including growing up in Pacific beach and later living in Encinitas, Tierrasanta, La Mesa, Santee and even a short stint in Idyllwild, CA.
Susan loved spending time with her husband, Gerald (Jerry) Nash. They enjoyed weekend road trips to Palm Springs or Idyllwild. Idyllwild became a special place where they would return many times, often with the whole family spending weekends enjoying each other's company and the fresh mountain air. Susan and Jerry loved extended road trips as well; traveling the country – seeing many places and landmarks together.
Another joy in her life was her cats; she had many over the years. Some were bold and some were shy, but they were all important to her.
Most importantly, she loved her grandkids and family. She adored hosting gatherings/barbecues where everyone could gather and enjoy eachothers company.
