Thomas Charles Becker

Thomas Charles Becker, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. He was born on January 25, 1937, in Toledo, OH, He was the 2nd born of 10 children to parents who instilled in him values of hard work and dedication.

Thomas's life was marked by his to excellence and service. After serving in the Air Force stationed in England, he began his career as a mechanic at McClellan Buick in La Mesa in 1962. Through his skill and passion for all things automotive, he rose to the position of Parts and Service Director before retiring in 1999. His colleagues remember him as a mentor who always went above and beyond to help others.

Outside of work, Thomas was a devoted family man. He is survived by his children Tim Becker, Caroline Housgard, Steve Crock, Julie Sos, and Janet Dangaran. His memory will be cherished by his grandchildren Jacob, Adam, Lauren, Camden, Payton, Ryan, Jon Marc, and Kelsey. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 38 years Sharon Becker.

Thomas Charles Becker will be missed by all who knew him. May his legacy live on through those whose lives he touched.

A funeral mass  will be held at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church 2766 Navajo Rd, El Cajon, CA. 92020 on July 23, 2024 at 11:00 am
