Willis Edward Foulk

August 12, 1941 — December 11, 2024

  • Willis Edward Foulk of San Diego, California passed away peacefully after a long illness on Dec. 11, 2024. He was born in St. Louis, Mo. on August 12, 1941 to father Willis H. Foulk and mother Ellen M. Foulk and was tagged as ‘Sonny’ by his family. He graduated from Eureka High School in 1959 and enlisted in the Army in 1961. He served his country for 3 years and received the good conduct medal as well as two medals for marksmanship. While serving in the army he met the love of his life Carol Ann Hyatt of New Jersey. They were married on March 20, 1965 and settled in St. Louis, Mo., eventually relocating to San Diego, California. Willis served as a police officer in both St. Louis and San Diego but left the force to start his own successful locksmith, key, and engraving business which he owned for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife Carol Ann, his sons David and Christopher, sisters Carol Cooley and Merry Concha, and brothers John and Mark Foulk. He dedicated his life to serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a faithful prayer warrior who helped many others, shaping and influencing their lives. While he will be greatly missed, we will see him again. Well done Sonny Bear.
